Nekedia Heath is South Carolina born and raised. She is married with two beautiful twin girls.
After joining the Army Reserve, she graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor's degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Thereafter, she attended the Charleston School of Law and graduated with Honors. At the onset of her career as an Attorney, she knew that she wanted to fight the rights of those accused of crimes. As a public defender she saw the injustice of the criminal system in this state. Her lifelong passion is to be a servant to those who cannot fight for themselves. She is committed to ensuring that the State is held accountable for their actions and preserving the rights of her clients.
